HIIT Workout In Football Training Program. Football, maybe we often hear even do it. Many people do it for different reasons good for health, fitness, education, recreation, and even achievements. In terms of football achievements, many factors that influence achievement in football, began from talents and interests of the players to the training program provided by the coach. Associated with an training program, a lot of coaches have a wide range of different training programs depending on the situation on the pitch.

Now it appears the new method concerning training methods after the emergence of several related research body, the training method is HIIT High Intensity Interval Training. Some article back I've been posting concerning HIIT along with some examples of movements. HIIT is a form from interval training, which exercises interspersed with rest periods, the difference is the intensity in doing so, always in a state of high intensity. Another characteristic is this HIIT can use external loads, as well as loads our own bodies.

HIIT In Football Training Program

The training program was made when we already know what goals we want to achieve, such as the face of the championship or tournament. In football when facing a championship or a tournament, the coach always design an exercise program that is adapted to suit the time of preparation owned. Normally the preparation time for a championship is always tight, can be 3 months or 2 months even one month. So how do we prepare if we only have one month to face the championship ???

Perhaps one solution is to use HIIT. In HIIT workout program is intended to improve the quality of VO2max of the players, and this has been proved by the author when becoming coach of with time only one month to prepare the team for the championship, physical players must increase at least leveling players VO2max quality.

One-Month Football Training Program

Here I will try to describe one-month training program with physical training using HIIT. At the beginning of training program we always do VO2max test, to determine the physical quality of football player.

The training session conducted morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday.
First week:
Day 1 morning session we use HIIT whole body you can see this in my post click here
